TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Payments", “Shipping", "Refunds and Replacements")

PAYMENTS
  • We accept credit card payments through our secure website using eWay's all-in-one secure payment processing.

  • If you prefer to pay by online banking you can email us with your order and we will send you payment instructions.

  • We don't accept cheques, "over the counter" bank deposits or cash.

  • All prices within this website are in New Zealand Dollars.

  • All prices within this website are GST inclusive.

SHIPPING
  • All purchases are sent using Fastway Couriers. 

  • Deliveries take 2-3 working days for urban address and 3-5 working days for rural addresses. 

  • Shipping days are Monday to Thursday (or Wednesday for rural deliveries).  This is to avoid plants sitting in a depot over the weekend and becoming dehydrated.

  • We can ship 1-2 plants for $9, and 3-10 plants for $16.

  • There is an additional fee of $6  for rural deliveries. 

  • If a delivery address is deemed to be a rural delivery by our courier, and it wasn't indicated as such on the address in the order, we shall contact the customer prior to sending the order. You can check your address here to see if Fastways (and other carriers) considers it rural or urban delivery. Chathem Islands, Stewart Island and Waiheke Islands are all considered rural deliveries.

  • We do not ship internationally.

  • We are unable to ship to a PO Box,  Fastway Couriers require a physical address for delivery.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
  • If you are unhappy with the quality of the plants you have received from Coming Up Roses or feel they have been damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a refund or replacement. 

  • Once contact has been made the goods in question must be returned within 10 calendar days to our nursery to be eligible for refund or replacement .  

  • The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning an item to Coming Up Roses.  Shipping costs are non ­refundable.

  • For refunds we will credit you by your original method of payment, once we have received the plant back to our nursery. 

  • If a replacement item is sent and the original is not returned to Coming Up Roses, we will invoice for the replacement and shipping costs.
